Mahua Tiger Resort is located in Kanha. It features one of the infrastructures in the region, spreading across 3 acres of land with facilities and amenities. The guests will feel an old Rajasthani village inside a Rajputana fort which is one of its kind in the region.

The resort has a total of 21 appointed twin bed guest rooms including 3 suites and 2 independent AC deluxe cottages. There are 8 twin room AC cottages with gently sloping tiled roofs, rooms equipped with all modern amenities with a touch of Rajasthani architecture. Each room has a private bath, air conditioning, cable television and a mini refrigerator.
